When should I order for Diwali?
Diwali is Sunday, November 8, 2026. Order by Wednesday, October 28 so your snacks arrive in time. Orders after that are still welcome; they may arrive after Diwali.
Can I ship snacks straight to family or friends?
Yes. Enter their address as the shipping address at checkout.
Where do you ship, and is shipping really free?
A Build Your Own Box (any 10 bags) ships free to addresses in the 48 contiguous US states. Other orders ship free over $40.
Are there vegan or gluten-free options?
Yes. Sweet Shakkar Para is vegan and dairy-free. Original and Jalapeño Chakri are made with rice flour and are gluten-free. Each product page lists full ingredients and allergens.
How fresh will the snacks be?
Most orders are made the same week they're placed. Keep the bags sealed in a cool, dry place.
